Les Tourmalines - Briefly
A short distance from the city of Ouarzazate (the Gateway to the South), the charming Les Tourmalines sits proudly on the edge of Lake El Mansour. With the most stunning panoramic views, it is perfectly placed for watching the setting sun whilst sipping an aperitif on the terrace by the little outdoor bar. It is an ideal location for those wanting a base for three or four nights from which to explore the surrounding areas (Dades and Draa Valleys, Todra Gorge, Ouarzazate etc), or equally as an overnight stop whilst completing a self-drive itinerary around the Deep South.
Les Tourmalines - Completely
Owned and run by the lovely French couple Damienne and Christian, Les Tourmalines has beautiful gardens filled with wonderfully aromatic Rosemary hedges, colorful flowers and palm trees. The large infinity pool is one of the most beautiful in Morocco, giving the illusion that it is spilling into the lake itself. The wide terraces are filled with sun loungers, tables and chairs, so every opportunity is given for complete relaxation in this serene and tranquil setting.

At Les Tourmalines the emphasis rests heavily on the outdoor space, with the accommodation being left very simple and understated so as not to detract from the beautiful gardens and views….. There are 12 good-sized simple rooms with en-suite facilities, air-conditioning and Moroccan style sitting area. The larger suite has a separate sitting room.
Breakfast and dinner are included, and lunch is available on request. Weather permitting (and this is generally possible all year round!), breakfast is served on the terrace, and you can request to have it outside you room.
