You can choose to have a cooking demonstration as a spectator, a cooking class where you will create your own dishes, or a full blown cookery course.
Teaching takes place on one of the terraces of the hotel in a beautiful carved wooden arbour, and while discovering the Moroccan culinary tradition, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the hotel gardens, rooftops of ochre and red walls of the old imperial city.
The Restaurant
The restaurant at Les Jardins de la Medina is situated in the old reception room of the Riad beside the pool, with an impressive high, carved cedar wood ceiling. Offering traditional Moroccan fare with an eastern twist, the cuisine will capture you imagination as well as your taste buds!
Brunch

The Manager's Reception
Once a week, the Manager invites all guests to a welcome cocktail. Under the old palm trees, next to the illuminated pool you will have the opportunity to taste a good wine or sample a "Jardins de la Medina” Moroccan cocktail - full of vitamins! It's a lovely way to meet the other guests and get acquainted, and to meet the "management" of the hotel in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
