La Sultana Oualidia is the product of two years meticulous hard work by master craftsmen, using only the best local, natural materials.  Walls of stone and Tadelakt, Oleander wood ceilings and ancient marble floors culminate in an air of natural elegance.

The beautiful gardens, little private beach, patios and terraces provide an abundance of comfortable options for reading, sun bathing, eating.  The gorgeous infinity pool seems to spill out into the flamingo filled lagoon, and the sustainable use of water ensures the well-being of the delicate ecosystem of the lagoon as well as the continued comfort of its guests.

Each of the 11 rooms and suites have been carefully and individually decorated, and filled with delicately painted furniture, objects d’art, beautiful fabrics, and paintings by Régis Delène-Bartholdi, the great nephew of the sculptor of the Statue of Liberty.  The en-suite marble bathrooms are magnificent, and the private terrace with seawater Jacuzzi and view of the lagoon inspired.

With such a high quality of local produce available, La Sultana offers a varied menu with fish and seafood being their indisputable forte.  Specialties include Sea Perch, Lobster, Oyster and Bouillabaisse, with meat and vegetarian dishes also available.  Breakfast is included, light meals and snacks lunches available al fresco around the pool or on the beach, or in one of the dining rooms, and dinner is available each evening.

Hammam, Spa and fitness centre

La Sultana has a traditional Hammam with a selection of wonderful rituals available, as well as the stunning Spa, made out of carved stone and providing beauty treatments such as massage, facials, manicures, pedicures etc.  It also has a heated indoor pool surrounded by impressive columns reaching the ceiling, and a roof which can be opened during hot weather, Jacuzzi, sauna, hairdressing salon and fitness room.  There are further massage cabins in the grounds, and seawater Jacuzzis around the main swimming pool.
