Dar Imlil - Briefly
Dar Imlil is a charming stone house on the outskirts of the village of Imlil, just across the river with a view up to the Kasbah and the Jbel Toubkal summit towering above it. It is owned by Abdul, the brother of the manager of the Kasbah, and run with the same community ethos, employing only local staff, and with an accommodation levy of 5% going to the Village Association and Education for All. It is perfect as a slightly cheaper alternative to the Kasbah du Toubkal, and a good option for those wanting to stay in the area when the main Kasbah is fully booked.
Dar Imlil - Completely
Although not quite the location of the stunning Kasbah du Toubkal, Dar Imlil is still in a wonderful setting on the edge of the village. It has been built and finished to the same quality of the Kasbah, and is managed to a similar standard. It has lovely terraces with amazing views, a courtyard with traditional fountain, and comfy salons with open fires for the cooler evenings. During the daytime guests can request to use the facilities at the Kasbah if they would like to - please make your request at the Kasbah's reception.
