“Our room was restful, comfortable and spacious with its own terrace on the roof. The staff were charming and incredibly helpful, and the Hotel is an absolute haven of peace and a visual delight! I loved the local Jasmine soap, babouche slippers, fresh roses in our room – the little touches that make all the difference. We took advantage of the free lunch on three days, returning from the nearby souks to have a sit down and freshen up before returning to the fray for another stint of bartering. Discovering a fairly tale scene in the evenings with candlelit lanterns surrounding the pools, courtyards and garden, and traditional musicians playing quietly was truly magical. Dinner was atmospheric and the food was excellent, with a limited but fabulous wine list. I tried the spa too late, and wished I had time to book for more treatments. All in all a truly delightful holiday.” BJ

“All arrangements were seamless from being met at the airport where the driver immediately took us to change our currency to the restaurant bookings made for us by the hotel. We were shown around the Villa des Orangers upon arrival, and then taken to our suite, which is the best we have ever stayed in. The friendly service, wonderful breakfast and lunches, evening meals, roof top terraces and pools were all superb. A unique holiday which has left us feeling completely refreshed, and eager to return.” WF
“Remarkable place – very understated efficiency and comfort. Cannot recommend highly enough. Only criticism was that with temperatures reaching 52 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning not as efficient as it could have been….!” MC
