“Beautiful, beautiful small hotel and gardens, staff are endlessly helpful and friendly. Superb level of food, from an accomplished chef. Caroline is building an oasis in an oasis. She speaks very highly of Complete Morocco too. Don’t leave things out to dry in the sun – there are four-legged thieves…! We would have loved to stay longer, but we had long journeys and arrived late / left early.” GC July 2011
